Aight bros, 3 weeks into testosterone cypionate cycle so i haven't really grown that much from last month but my back is looking killer. 190lbs with a full belly, i'll get my stats if you want em. heres the pics.

1yr, started last may. Still bulking. Please don't give me shit about starting to early, i've done the research, i eat and train and revolve my life around BBing and want to compete. the way i see it i need to juice and i fucking love the shit.
 
Looking great bro. Chest, back and legs look great. Work on your biceps more though. Your arms are a little small compared to your chest in my opinion.
 
btw, almost got the 310lb atlas stone up at the gym yesterday. I lapped it and got it up but i didnt grab it low enough and i had it right on the edge of the platform and couldnt push it all the way up. At least i got the smaller one up a while back still natty which i have vids of.
 
I know arms suck for me, i fucking nail them so bad i can't bend my arms each session so hopefully they will catch up over time.
 
Well I just start working out again like 3 months ago so I have total about 1 year under my belt of training and its taking everything in me to not juice. I keep telling myself "I'm going to hurt myself" cause I know my tendons and ligaments are not ready for the strength.

ya but i wish i had the chest definition you do!
 
Yeah but i bet you are benching double what i am. Personally i think my chest sucks, i can only bench 175 for 8 reps with a little help on the last 2. But i can overhead press 55's for 10 with help around 8 on the later sets. I'm fucked up i know.

Nice job! Keep up the good work. As for the arms, they'll grow; don't over-emphesize them or you'll end up hurting yourself.
 
Blight, you have progressed well bro. And if you arein week 3 of your cycle, you haven't even really kicked in yet. Keep eating adn keep lifting bro. And I will give you props for sticking around here for a year before you started to juice. Nice work bro.

18 yrs. And dsh89 thats the scary part, right now i feel like an animal and everyone thats helping me along said just you wait your not even on the tip of the iceberg yet. :evilgrin:

No you're not fucked up. Benching can take a long time to come around for people. You'll be curling 130 for reps but still only benching 175....you've only been at the game 1 year. Patience young Skywalker.

Looking shredded bro. You're not as big as Zach Thomas behind you though. Just an FYI. Keep up the hard work.

1 year with a kick ass diet, heavy squats, deads, and bench. You're only 18 and worried about a 175 bench? It's fine, your muscle aren't even close to mature. You will be THERE soon. The heavy compounds movements are going to thicken you up better than curls any day. Why work so hard on a muscle the size of and orange, when you can hit leg and back hard? Your arms will grow from that.
 
Squats, Deads and bench are the main parts of my routine trust me on that. Everything else is secondary but bi's and curls go hand in hand.

oh shit, you're only 18??? damn bro you are rockin then.

Don't worry so much about the amount of weight you're lifting, unless you're interested in powerlifting. Looks is the most important thing if you're bodybuilding. Ya, the first time you put up 315 on your own its a good feeling, but its really not that important unless you just wanna compete with your friends or something. You'll get over the whole "impressing other guys in the gym thing" eventually.

But if you just wanna be a walking chick magnet, then being cut, toned, and tanned is what ya want. And you def got that already.
