Recap of stats and goals:
30yrs old; 6ft; 175lbs; 10%bf; Solid training history. I spent the last three months trimming down 10lbs and 3%bf. My goal is to break my strength plateaus, gain 5-8lbs of solid muscle and drop my bf 1-2%. My diet is in check at 2800 clean high protein cals.
Proposed cycle:
Test E 200mg 1-10wks
Var 75mg 1-6wks
Aromasin 20mg EOD
HCG 500iu EW
PCT: Derma Sustain 11-14wks(Clomid on hand if needed)
I know the Test E is on the light side but I want a side-free, bloat-free cycle for the summer.
Any advice or tweaks are appreciated!
