Day 6.
I took today off. I had to fix a busted sewer pipe in my basement.
I did get a workout from hauling cement up and down my stairs though!!!!!

Shoulders, calves
Good workout today, I still feel pretty strong. Dont know if I am increasing or not, will notice next week.
still got oily skin though. Driving me crazy.
April 4, Tuesday
Back bis
very strong on back today. There was an increase in weight.
My skin is oily, especially on back and face.
My appetite is really running, I am constantly craving to eat.
