Land of the stupid, Home of the screwed

When you have a muslim illegal alien president with a communist agenda surrounded by czars and atheist, spending away our country into a debt and ignoring the constitution while funding terriorist shitbags I think we have a right to complain....for now.....don't even get me started "dood", I have paid my dues in Iraq, I will say whatever I want about that peice of shit Obama and his whole administration, the whole fucking democratic party for that matter, every peice of shit lazy dirt bag fucktard on the gov. tit that could be working and every illegal alien no english speaking Pedro thats soaking up our tax money included....
I find it interesting that you bitch about the government while being funded by them. I can understand the private sector, but the public one is still a mystery.

America is fucked...you have welfare bums casting votes by the millions, illegal aliens with fake ID voting...you're going to get a string of Obama-like socialist fucktards as president. I foresee a mass exodus of the very wealthy in the not-too-distant future.

Everyone one cue my fav line:

"stoopid americans.."

And these stoopid americans voted in the worst president in history. A guy who lied his ass off to win. And these stoopid americans will VOTE HIM IN AGAIN watch.

Nope, I loved Reagan.

I liked Newt too!
Reagan was the crescendo of the fiasco, so no surprise there.

Shit started [really] rolling downhill when Kennedy got killed, picked up momentum when Nixon got in. The complete screwing of the middle and lower classes (meaning, anyone whose income is below somewhere around $85k a year) began its final phases when Reagan got in and was locked down to the point of immobility with Bush II.

It's a lot harder to UNdo a law (and the damage it's done) once its in place. Anyone whose ever had an agenda on Capital Hill knows that.

Funny how you skipped right over the Carter administration...

Carter damn near destroyed us. Double-digit inflation... A laughing-stock overseas... Double digit interest rates... Double digit unemployment.

Carter had it all. Most people today have no idea how Reagan saved them from Carter's mess.

I once made an observation that generally speaking an administration inherits the ripples created over the previous five to ten years. Carter inherited what Nixon/Ford left him, just like Clinton inherited what Reagan/Bush left him and Obama inherited what Bush/Bush left him. And there are plenty of men who get in the chair and just keep the country from going on auto pilot, they don't DO anything.

I really think the current mess started when Kennedy was killed, period. We never should have gone to Vietnam. Then Nixon created a situation where people started needing health insurance (before his ass, you could AFFORD to pay for medical care out of pocket, c'mon Plunk, you're not that much younger than me). He was a lying, thieving son of a bitch. So look at the shit his administration set in place that IS STILL IN PLACE and realize those were things done by a man of low to no moral character.

Both Ford and Carter were nons, lets be honest, and if I was much smarter I'd probably be able to point to things that Nixon set into place that created ripples that Carter was hit with.

Reagan was a demented old fart who just knew how to read the lines written for him by the rich bastards who were pulling his strings, same for his cronies Bush I and Bush II except the Bush's made things interesting by overtly chipping away at our personal rights under the guise of "Patriotism" and "National Security" (no surprise there since Bush I was in the CIA for HOW many years? He's wired to believe nobody can be trusted).

I've also said this country long ago has gotten too big for a single individual to run or to choose who should be running things, for a very long time. When the decision was made for ONE president, two four year terms max, the entire population of the country was about the size of the current population of Chicago. We need something else. One man who puts HIS men in the real seats of power (i.e., the cabinet -- honestly, the senate and house are horseshit, they're so g'damned owned by their lobbiests and corporate sponsors it's pathetic) is too much power (also, too much shit to think about).

I feel anyways that really it doesn't matter anymore who is in office. The problems goes beyond the control of government and we are expecting our government to fix everything.

Now don't get me wrong our government has and still are making stupid choices but in today's world they are busy reacting to the true powers of the world. Greed is what is killing our country and world as a whole. Money is directing everything from unions to oil manipulations.

We have lost millions of jobs and millions more will be lost as were still not to the point of dealing with the problems that has forced them out of this country. Money has become so powerful we have actually reached a point where you can buy your way into office and be president. And what gets me is were voting in these rich people that have no idea what it's like to live average or how decisions that are made effects the majority of the country.

So until we quit voting for people just because they have the money to spend on buying their way in and instead we should be voting for people that really want to do good for the majority instead of the rich minority and until than we will continue to go down the wrong road. Our government is wasting to much time on being reactive to todays's problems instead of taking a stand and being proactive on keeping what america use to stand for.

More and more people are falling behind every day which is putting a bigger burden upon our system. And it's also time we quit being the worlds peace keeper and welfare system and flipping the bill for everything. We are giving our country away little by little and will some day soon be so far in debt another country will call in it's marker and take over.

Just my opinions whether you agree or not is definitely argumentive. Maybe I'm just a old guy that have seen the changes to the worse and not for the better. I will take the 70's back in a second and live simplier and get back to the roots of what really built this country in good old fashion hard work and passion for the fellow man.

Frankly our problems extend well beyond the presidency. The fact is that in order to take back the country from its overwhelming debt and the control of large, multinational conglomerates is for everyone to really have to suffer.
Due to political agendas nobody wants to take responsibility and institute the necessary measures and cuts to ever make so much as a scratch in the countries debt.

The 38 billion in budget cuts that Obama was so enthusiastic about is literally little more than a worthless gesture to keep the masses thinking something positive is happening on capital hill. to put things in perspective on how much of an impact this will have on helping the deficeit lets take an analagous situation with a family. So your family makes 5,000 a month, but for the last 20 years it has been putting 15,000 a month on credit cards! Someone finally pips up and says " Hey! We all need to make some cutbacks because our debt is out of control." Everyone agrees and the next several weeks and months are filled with debate about what you can and cannot live without, sleepless nights are devoted to the sacrifices you need to make in the face of this monumental task. So finally, you come to an agreement!! We can reduce our spending by a grand total of $96 a month! so we still only make 5,000 a month but we have reduced monthly spending from 15,000 to $14,904! Our problems are solved! time to celebrate!

It is horrible. Unless the government reduces annual spending by $1,000,000,000,000 at the very least we have no hope of ever reclaiming this country. But in order for that to happen people will need to live with less government help and take responsibility for their own debt and livlihoods...
obviously the probable path is very clear. We are heading for sovereign debt default and full on federal banruptcy which will lead to a very dark time in human history as our entire government infrastructure crashes down like the house of cards it is

Wulfgar you are absolutely correct.

Our turn around is never gonna come from solely our government as people are sitting back thinking that's where the solution lies.

The solution starts with us and giving up on somethings that we all could do without and getting ourselves back in control of our own destiny. We have all fell in love with technology and wants and desires that the world offers.

Growing up it wasn't a neccessity to have cell phones and computers and well honestly they didn't exist. LOL

And today it seems people must have bigger and better and the latest gadget to survive. Over spending their incomes to obtain.

Let's all go back to simplier times and bring the families back together and rebuild our country on what it's known for by standing together and helping each other.

I think our future depends on people getting into more shared living enviroments and doing with less. This to me will take the power and domination away from big multinational conglomerates.

But than again maybe it's to late and if people don't jump on the new wave wagon now people like me will get left behind. Our struggling economy has no quick fix and it's going to take years maybe even centuries to straighten out but it's not going to even start going the right direction and until we as the people take the necessary steps to implement it and live with less.

So the only time we've balanced the federal budget in our lifetime is the result of Reagan and Bush? Do you mind typing that out in a separate statement?

(and no, I don't think that was the case. Clinton did benefit from a Reagan/Bush tailwind, but what put him over the goal line was a fake $5 trillion internet bubble)
