Lack of Sleep from Tren....Help! ...Name me some natural sleep aids!

This sleeplessness from the Tren is really starting to get to me. I wake up several times a night wide awake. I'm not getting enough REM sleep and I need somthing other then ambien to help me sleep. What are some of the natural sleep aids I could be using to combat this?
 
If you are suffering from insomnia, you might want to take in food that contains tryptophan, an agent that undergoes transformation in the brain and becomes serotonin, a substance that helps the body relax and feel sleepy. For food that contains tryptophan to be effective, it needs to be taken on an empty stomach. The most well known food that causes sleepiness is tryptophan-rich turkey. Other food rich in tryptophan include turkey, chicken, milk, cheese, and beans. or you could try Melatonin, Valerian root or Melatrol.

You could try some melatonin as well, cheap and effective. Careful though, as with anything, creating a dependency could cause problems.

Melatonin usually works well for me. If your ambien isn't doing the trick anymore, your doc can script you the new ambien CR (extended release). Insurance companys want to see the normal generic ambien isn't working before they'll cover the extended release as it costs 5X as much.

On another note... a good romp fest with the old lady usually knocks me out for a good 6-8. She's rough.
 
melatonin doesnt work for me and ive tried up to 2x 5mg pills... I take tylonol PM sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt.. got to take the good with the bad sometimes :D
 
Not trying to be facetious here, and keep in mind I am from the kootenays in British Columbia Canada, but have you tried some weed?

I like melatonin. But it is hit or miss. I was drinking a cup of nighttime sleepy tea and washing down a few melatonin a few weeks back and that worked out allright.

Then, one night, I got my tea's mixed up and I drank some "smooth move" tea and washed down a few excedrin PM and went to bed. I damn near shit in the bed!

I also wear foam ear plugs. I don't hear anything and it helps me stay asleep longer.

I can't wait for Needto's sleep aid to come out. I will be one of the first to order.
 
Valerian root. Make sure you have something to swallow it all down with because the tabs taste horrible if they sit in your mouth after awhile
 
Sorry I have not read through all the replies so please forgive me if it has been said already but if you are one of the many to suffer from tren insomnia then try the following before going over to sleep aids:

- Inject as early in the morning as possible - this is very simple yet seems to help so many people
- Try not to carb it up after 6pm
- Try not to use any caffeine products after 3pm

If those two do not help then try Melatonin at 2.5 or 3mg and if that doesn't help step it up to 5mg.

I am currently on approx 150mgs of tren and am using 7.5mgs of melatonin which knocks me out!
 
I just picked up somthing called Somatomax which is suppose to Enhance sleep and feeling of well-being. It's by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals. I took an Ambien and slept great last night but wont use them unless Im dead in need. So hard to sleep without them once you start taking them. Ill let you all know if this new stuff works.
 
6mgs of melatonin should knock you out if you haven't taken it before! wash that down with a warm glass of milk and your good to go.

I really can't fucking wait bro. I take melatonin every night and I have messed around with GABA too. This supp does have it all and it will be a big help for me.

I got all those wrong, i take my tren around 6-7pm then gym, witch i enjoy a nice tall cup coffee pre work out and my post workout shake consist of 1/4 cup of oats... my post dinner has 0 carbs though.. and im up to 10mg melotonin sometimes i get knocked out but wake up in 2 hours and that is all the sleep i will get

No need for all that melotonin bro. Just give my sleep aid a try. Forget it man you will love it.

Take it an hour before bed. You'll sleep like a baby and feel rested.


I use to use Tylenol PM but switched to Need 2 Sleep. Works quicker, it is natural and doesn't tax the liver the way Tylenol does.

Works great for an OTC option.

I opened my bottle of Needto Sleep the other night. My problem is when I go to bed, I toss and turn for 45 minutes to an hour before falling asleep. So 30 minutes before I go to bed, I grab a book and start reading. This helps me to fall asleep quicker.

The other night, I popped two Needto Sleep pills and got into bed. I started reading my book. In about 20 minutes, I could barely hold the book up. I turned the light off, I rolled over and I was asleep in about four minutes. I slept all night and felt great when I woke up. I wasn't groggy at all. I slept for seven solid hours. I got up to pee, then when right back to bed for two more hours!

This stuff really works. I am gonna take a few more tomorrow night.

get a humitifier, but a shitty one that is loud, or an AC, heat, Hardcore fan. Thats what usually helps me sleep. But lately ive been in need for some need 2 sleep, how does that work? does it knock you out 2 much that you will wake up late 4 work?
 
Currently on 500mg sust/week and 75mg eod tren ace. Using ZMA along with 2mg melatonin. That along with the A/C cranked and I sleep like a baby for a good 8-10 hours and wake up ready to take on the world!
 
Everything you guys are saying is in my new product. A nice mix of it all too. Need2sleep will knock you the hell out and you will wake up feeling great.

I agree 100% been using it off and on for over a year plus and it still delivers.def a stable for any tren cycle and though that want sleep
