Lab Results back, Any ideas?

Hey Fellas,
Just got my lab results back today. It's good and not so good.
From what the doc say's I'm normal. However, I don't feel normal.
Here's my Test scores:


Testosterone, Serum (total) 332ng/dl Adult Male: 350-1030
Percent Free Testosterone (by Dialysis) 2.6% Adult Male: 1.5-3.2
Free Testosterone, Serum 86 og/ml Adult Male: 52-280
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin 23 nmol/L Adult Male: 20-60
IGF-1 (BL) 219 ng/ml Age 31-40: 121-237

I'm 33, 5'11", 185lbs and my health has gone south. My endo doc was not very helpful in advice. He wanted to put me on hrt 4yrs ago, because of my test levels was low. This was after a deca cycle that shut me down even with pct.
I want to get back into shape. Last November I got nailed on my motorcycle and got kind of thrashed. I haven't healed like I used to. My shoulder dislocated and my knee isn't quite the same, as has not healed.
I think my endo doc could have put me on hrt or gh, but that was wishfull thinking.
Looking for a new endo, that's knowlegeable and cool. Any ideas for someone in SoCal? Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone in SoCal that can recommend a different endo. I would like to get a second opinion on my test scores. I would like to get on some hgh as I have osteopenia right now.
