Hi you should look into all types of Glutamine

L-Glutamine does have immunological benifits but there are other things out there that aid athletes betteras far as nitrogen retention is concerned, and other health benifits

its great for cutting

taking it post cardio for sure and lifting as well is the most imporatnt time to take it


also Fonz introduced me to the idea of taking it before bed

great idea, I never though of it, but that simple practice goes along way
 
OMEGA- since u seem to know what ur talkin bout, some peeps knock l-glutamine as opposed to glutamine..what u think bout that? I am stocking up on supps and food for bulking (in like 3 weeks, cant wait!) and was going to but AST's L-Glutamine. should I go for a diff brand of regular glutamine? appreciate the help.

so, is that what the link in your box is about? if u arent bullshitting me, I appreciate u not pushin ur product on me. but, I still respect ur opinion. I will do some more research nd get back. I am assuming that l-glutamine would be a bit of a waste of $, since I hear from many people that most of it is wasted and not absorbed.
