l-dopa

I am trying a pinnacle product called alpha-dopa. I just started so I dont' know what to expect. has anyone tried it. if i did score some L-dopa when in the day should i take it. before a workout, then throw in some heavy squats and deadlifts so the gh levels soar or maybe in the morning i don't know. help me out.
 
l-dopa makes your brain create more dopamine. An overabundance of dopamine is what plaques schizophrenics, which is why l-dopa can cause psychosis. If you use the Murcurna (sp?) bean extract form, be sure to take it on an empty stomach or it won't absorb. Best time is at bedtime.

The most common serious adverse reactions occurring with carbidopa-levodopa are choreiform, dystonic, and other involuntary movements. Other serious adverse reactions are mental changes including paranoid ideation and psychotic episodes, depression with or without development of suicidal tendencies, and dementia. Convulsions also have occurred; however, a causal relationship with carbidopa-levodopa has not been established.



Psychiatric: confusion, sleepiness, insomnia, nightmares, hallucinations, delusions, agitation, anxiety, euphoria.

I was wondering what about L-glutamine. It was documented that just 2 grams taken on empty stomach elevates GH release by 400%. 5 grams or more will significantly bump GH levels even more.
 
I had some alpha-dopa from pinnacle a couple months ago. I chewed 5 of them whenever i had an empty stomach, usually sometime between breakfast and my mid-morning meat meal, right before lifting, and before bed. i was using fina for the first time too so i can't really say if it helped.
