knot in shoulder after shot

I did a shot of sust. last night and today I have a large knot in my shoulder at the injection site. what exactly is this caused by and is there anything I can do to help it disapate (besides time)? how long do they take to clear up? I need that spot for another shot real soon!

It's likely just a soreness caused by the ba in the sustanon. If you really want to help disipate it try moist heat combined with massage or deep tissue massage. You want to wait at least a week between injection sites anyhow. I don't know what you mean by "real soon".

Do not shoot that area for a while,or you may risk an infection/abcess.Whats wrong with glutes-tris...and such????

I had same problem but it went away about 4 days. Still wouldn't shoot there after that glutes are the less painless when it comes to sust.
