hey guys my friend has some discomfort with his knee ever since he been running outside on the concrete. He is not over weight or anything. 22 years old and has been lifting and dieting religiously. He has pain and discomfort after he runs and while he is walking around. He says it is deff from the running outside on the concrete because he never had knee problems before. I suggest he just put ice or icy hot and take some advil. But he was in more of the lines of taking like muscle relaxers or anything to get rid of the pain. I was wondering does needto store have an supps for joint pain or anything. Just trying to help out my buddy so I figure I come here first. thanks fellas

This stuff does work really well...I gave some to a friend of mine and he used it for his shoulder, and he now swears by it...took all of my sample bottles lol!

Sent from my DROID BIONIC using EliteFitness

definitely use the skeletal balm but also this... i run 7 days a week bro, and i have been able to maintain this from NOT running outside or on concrete... plus, you need to have excellent running shoes and they need to be replaced every 2-3 months... for serious runners anyway... i barely ever run outside... i generally only use the treadmill but occasionally i go to the track as well but concrete is terrible to be running on... if he is only 22 and experiencing this kind of problem, imagine as he gets a little older... i am 30 and am running better than i ever have... you have to preserve, especially when it comes to running because it can take a tremendous toll on your body... i recommend asics gel nimbus for running shoes as well... they are simply the best...

it beats mineral ice, icy hot, patches, blue emu, tiger balm. believe me, i've tried them all.

One other thing I do if im really sore is take a nice bath with epsom salt :)

I am definitely going to try this. I have been taking Krill oil for years however I have a recurring shoulder injury that flairs up occasionally so Im in.
