On my last two weeks of my 3rd HST cycle now and started negatives today. Was a little worried about trying Deadlift Negs in good form so just went heavier,..and heavier,...and heavier!!
NEW PRS:
Deadlift 2 X 5 @ 450lbs 4-5 sec negative
SHIT KILLED!! Felt like I coulda done even more!! (old 1 rep PR was 430)
Vertical Leg Press 1 X 5 @ 700lbs 4-5 sec neg with knees to chest
SHIT KILLED!! (old 5 rep PR was 660)
Incline DB Bench 2 X 5 W/ 110lb dbls 4-5 sec neg
(done with super strict form in Frank Zane fashion from an older post by Punch, "Training with Frank Zane") SHIT KILLED!!

Was feelin pumped yesterday and ready to KILL SOME MORE SHIT even before I got to the gym. Brought my new digital camera with me for some pics. Have heard over and over (especially in here)and am even guilty of sayin' it myself, "Its all in yer mind". NOT
