Took first pin of Test cyp this evening @ 200mgs, will be shooting again thursday morning another 200 mgs

stats today were:
24 yrs old
6'3''
240 lbs
17% bf
(additonal info: broken neck last april)

Lifted legs today, 6 exercies, all exercises performed w/ strict form and w/ 2 sec squeeze at peak of movement

Squats(ass to the floor) 5 sets, 185 x 15, 205 x 12, 210x10, 225x8, 235x6
Seated ham curl 3 sets 8-12
Laying ham curl 3 x15-20
Leg Press 450 lbs x 12, 540 lbs x 10 630lbs x 8, 270 lbs x 85 reps (20 @ bottom of rack, move feet 1 inch up do 20 more, move 1 inch up 20 more, feet at top of rack and do 25)
Stiff leg deadlift 145 x15, 165 x 12 185 x6
Quad ext 2 sets x 12 reps 170, 210, then burn out w/ 250 using half reps to 25 w/o dropping stack

6am
breakfast had 6 omega 3 eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, bananna, 8 oz greek yogurt

830 am
4 chicken breasts, 1 cup green peas

11 am
4 chicken breasts 1 cup broccoli

1 pm
1 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop 100% gold standard whey

230pm workout

4pm
Post workout shake, 1/2cup carbo gain, 1 scoop 100% G.S. whey, 1 scoop hydro builder

430 pm
4 chicken breast, 1 cup peas

remaining 3 meals will be eye of round steak and 1/2 cup brown rice

will be keeping updates every day! comments welcome
