I just did legs yesterday for the first time in a while. I did Nelson's calf routine and 3 sets of 20 rep squats. I can barely fuckin walk today lol. Mostly from my calfs. Next week it'll be 6 sets of 20 rep squats and the calf routine. Looking forward to looking like a cripple again
I got legs done early this week on monday while all the resolutionists were doin chest. tomorrow my pecs and tris are done. I'm a week into my nitrix and 16 weeks out from my next comp.
