It'd be more disturbing if those were american kids or another developed country.

It looks/sounds like it's from a poor area in the Dominican republic. anything in a 3rd world country doesn't come as a shock. If anyone hasn't seen 3rd world poverty first hand, they should. completely changes your perspective on life

at first i thought it was in the projects here in the U.S...but it looks like it is from Jamaica. I guess thats a "normal" thing over there.
