Kidney support

Anyone know of a good kidney support. I see lots of posts advising one, but never a mention of what to take.

cranberry extract is basically all i can think of.....and lots of water. you need a certain amount of water to properly digest each gram of protein, i don't know the ratio....

cranberry and 2 ltrs of water a day at least

while on cycle 2x the recommended dosing for cranberry extract and drink plenty of water
