kidney issues detected in bloods

looking for kidney numbers to get better. I’m currently seeing my bloods and they are awful! What can you recommend that I take to get these numbers in better standing?
Is there a supplement that you recommend? I’ve heard good things on tudca and NAC. But not sure those are the best options.
