keto not working

That was a good move, post-workout carbs. I've had a similar experience, perhaps our metabolisms are similar. What is working best for me is this, lifting every other day. High protein (1.5g per lb), low fat from lean meats and fish oils, and no carbs except every fourth day, or after every OTHER workout. I'm taking a min. of 1g per lb, so about 200g carbs after every other workout.

Its a carb cycling diet where I have 3 days low carbs, 1 day high. It works so much better than a regular keto or CKD, at least for me.
 
There is a problem I see here.

#1) I do not hear of anyone doing any sort of carb-ups
#2) How do you know you're in ketosis? Strange to see that this is still a facto-operandi
#3) It is not working because your T3-T4 conversion is very low, this requires a refill of liver glycogen and leptin
#4) 200g fat/180g protein is WAY TOO MUCH PROTEIN! that's what's keeping you out of ketosis

im doing 40gs dextose & 6 iu of slin & im pissing purple on ketosticks.so how much lower will i need to take my protein?im carbing up once a week . im no longer complaining about the diet. i now think its the best diet ive ever done.today i did 3 plates on incline press for 10 reps , so my strength is going up too

Well, if you're doing the diet w/ slin MAKE sure to NOT eat any fat 3 hours prior and post the shot.

If you're going over to purple that's good, but I really would say you need at least a "Protein-load" day. Did you read my TKD and MKD manuals.
