keeping gains

MagicFan: my question is what gear will mostly likely be able to keep my gains during a cycle.

You need to do a lot more reading before you do what you're planning. But you probably won't. The gear you use has nothing to do with how well you'll keep your gains

I used Deca/test for a cycle. Strength went up. I used HCG during (500ius a day for ten days) and Clomid after 300/100/50 for 28 days. I went up 24 lbs all together at the highest point. I had a clean diet too which I still follow. When Clomid was done I was down 6lbs. Seemed to all come off my abs. I lost no strength. Since I have been using that pct formula I have not lost any strength from a cycle. I believe a quality diet has a lot to do with it though. I don't bulk or cut. I eat ultra clean year round!

If you don't want to stick your self often, don't start running gear. Your first cycle should always be test only. See how your body reacts, and reap the benifits of virgin receptors. You can hit yourself 1x a week, but really should hit 2x. As far as not wanting to get any bigger, don't compramise your health then!

I disagree. Why would your first cycle be test only. You gave him no actual guidance. Is it Test Prop., Cyp. Enanthate??? If its Prop. why only 2wice a week...

test only is a great first cycle.. very safe and easy to control sides

you learn how you body reacts to that one chem and then you can stack from there.. maybe test isnt for you and you can try something else out down the road..

enanthate is usually preferred and 2x a week injection.. if people cant figure out esters than they are going to have much bigger problems down the road im sure
 
Thanks for all the advice, I appreciate it! Someone mentioned that this is my first cycle and it is not. I did one over 2 years ago of 500mg of sustanon and 400mg of deca for 10 weeks. Honestly I wasn't impressed but my friends were suspicious. They noticed my size gain more than me. I didn't see the strength gains that I was expecting but that is due to a bad diet and drinking. I plan to not drink or if I do, only having two beers at most. I've already cleaned up my act and haven't drank heavily in 3 weeks. I will grab a beer w/ dinner or have one or two while playing poker now. I didn't mind poking myself b/c it was scary at first but you get the hang of it by the third or fourth one. I just want to try winny and see what kind of gains I will see and wanted to know if it was possible to keep the gains. I've been around forums for about 2 yrs and I can't remember anyone having any horror stories about an winny only cycle. Maybe some sore joints but I plan to use glucosamine and milk thistle to help out. I didn't see any sides from the first cycle but got really sick in the end and I think that's what killed some gains. I was sick for at least 3 weeks, I don't know if it was from the gear or not but I have heard of sust flus before. Can everyone share a story of their winny only cycle? I'd like to see your stats before and after such as weight, bf(if you have it), bench, squat, and sides you experienced. My goal it to gain strength and put on 10-15 lbs of keepable muscle. I have heard a range from 5-18lbs from my research so I think 10 is obtainable. Thanks for your replys!
