How long? Is it already cooked? Do I worry, no? My girl has a show in 3 weeks....I worry for her.....relax.

and if you just want to cook the shit you can do it any one of these ways right here.

Alaska Crab is already fully cooked but should be heated-through before serving. Cook until the internal temperature of the crab reaches 145ºF (use an instant-read thermometer and test crab in the shoulder section)

BAKE frozen legs at 450ºF for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
BROIL frozen legs on HIGH heat, about 7 inches from the heat source, for approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
BOIL frozen legs over simmering heat, covered, for approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
STEAM frozen legs, covered, for approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
GRILL frozen legs, in closed foil packet, about 5 inches from the heat source, over medium-high heat (450ºF) for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.

You need to find HumorMe, he eats those thing by the 1000's of pounds

Same here. First post was best. Steam them they are cooked and flash frozen. You can boil them too. Just enough for them to be hot and then eat them. Yes they can be a little salty boil them for less salt. After all they are Salt water crustaceans (sp?)

Also draw your butter to get rid of the fat use unsalted butter if you want
