For each 2-person serving: On a large platter or charger, arrange 18 ounces crabmeat, 2 ounces asparagus, 2 ounces cheese, 2 ounces green beans, 1 ½ ounces olives, 1 ounce carrots, 1 ounce pepperocini, 1 ounce sun-dried tomatoes or roasted peppers.
Garnish with Italian parsley/lettuce and bread slices/sticks. Repeat for remaining portions.

Carefully fold in crab meat. Meanwhile, remove spores from mushrooms and place upside down in a baking dish. Spoon crab stuffing onto mushrooms, dividing evenly between the two. Baste outside of mushrooms with olive oil. Sprinkle tops with one tablespoon fresh grated parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350

Alaska Crab is already fully cooked but should be heated-through before serving. Cook until the internal temperature of the crab reaches 145ºF (use an instant-read thermometer and test crab in the shoulder section)
BAKE frozen legs at 450ºF for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
BROIL frozen legs on HIGH heat, about 7 inches from the heat source, for approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
BOIL frozen legs over simmering heat, covered, for approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
STEAM frozen legs, covered, for approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
GRILL frozen legs, in closed foil packet, about 5 inches from the heat source, over medium-high heat (450ºF) for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
