I'm currently 180+ In the morning, I like to say 185lbs (obviously). 5'8''. 19, 13 months of bulking/bbing, started at 135lbs 18 years old.

Bench 220x6
Dead 365x3 or 355x6 I was going for 365x6 but only got 3, maybe it was just a bad day? Also do you guys think I need a belt for this kind of weight/reps?
I'd tell you squat weight but I'm currently not doing them, we have no power rack. I jst do leg press for my main movement for legs.

Respectable numbers IMO - especially for only training for a year. I use a belt over 315 on Deads.

Now on to Squats.......do them w/ out a power rack, just do them. They are the #1 exercise for size and strength gains, period. You have to do them, you have to bury your balls in the ground on each rep, and you have to do them at least 2x a week, period.

I dunno, maybe it's just me but I never judge myself on how much I lift, but how good I look. :)

You are joking, right? So said the AF model while bending over in his Hollister jeans taking it in the asshole after doing reverse swiss ball oblique presses......... Get real.

its not the weight that matters as to deciding on the belt. how solid does your core feel? thats the key. most people will not have much faith in their core up towards their 1RM, and then it might (note might) be a good idea to strap up. personally, i don't use one. havent used one in 7 years, but i also know my body. i know when my core is weak, and i know when my body isn't ready to handle a weight unassisted.

those are respectable numbers at your bodyweight. don't let yourself get complacent. you have alot of room that you could go if you wanted. just throwing in squats will make a huge improvement on your lifts. if you get bored, mix in some OLY lifts. it all really depends on your goals. i lift because its fun first (learning new lifts, setting PR's etc), stay in shape second, cosmetics (ie growth) third.

Thanks for the input.

Since I dont have a power rack, Ill have to clean and jerk it on my back. So what if my reps get up to and past 12?
