You see an act of kindness.
I just came back from the gym and some young kid who was overweight was lifting very awkward. You could tell he had no idea what he was doing, but was trying so hard.

These two beefy dudes went over and stayed with the kid for the rest of his session and helped him.

Nice......love kind peeps!

This young kid looked so nervous, I just wanted to hug him
There are a ton of built guys at my gym, so it takes guts to walk in and lift 2 x 10 lbs weights over your head to shoulder press while these dudes are lifting small houses.
