I dropped down to ~6-8g a day instead of 10-20 and it seems to be a little better. I do 3-4g before working out, and the same after.
you can still see abs and veins and stuff, just there is that little bit of pudge that I can never seem to get rid of over my intercostals and around the belly button.
that and my enourmous man breasts - I get those from my mother.
