The average gain has been about 9 pounds in 4 weeks on our priogram with basically zero increase in bodyfat.

Havoc posted his w/o on the training board about a month ago.

400 grams carbs
300 grams protein
130 grams of fat(most is which from flax and unsaturated sources)

I have to eat my fucking ass off - like I get tired from eating - in order just to get over 300 carbs.
if I just eat the way I want, then I get 200 or so carbs.

then I was checking out a diet that was saying that someone my size should have 200 or so carbs when cutting and 600 on the break day... so basically my normal eating patterns are dieting? no wonder I never put on weight.

and cornholio - I think some of my weight gain was fat - my abs feel more jiggly - it makes me look jolly.

LOL - so very (and sadly) true.

I've been getting over 300 protein, around 2-300 carbs, and 150 fat, mostly EFA and Udo's choice and CLA

Bet it water retention under the skin. Doing Creatine?

yes - although I considered dropping it after taking a pic and seeing how bad my face/neck looked.

I dropped down to ~6-8g a day instead of 10-20 and it seems to be a little better. I do 3-4g before working out, and the same after.

you can still see abs and veins and stuff, just there is that little bit of pudge that I can never seem to get rid of over my intercostals and around the belly button.
that and my enourmous fat thighs - I get those from my mother.
