I havent been posting much as my son was due any day...well he was finally born on thurs morning, so I thought I would share my joy with the training forum. We named him Ashton(Ash)

actually he was pretty small, 6lbs 11 ounces. After 16 hours of labour they had to give her an emergency c section as he wasnt coming out. Watching the person you love in that much pain and being completely helpless is easily the hardest thing I've ever had to do
 
I forgot that I have web space, lets see if I can get it to work
I've been out of the gym for 2 weeks and have dropped 10lbs, but once hes home I dont think it'll affect training that much. My wife is adament that I will have time to go, and the rest of the time will be spent home with my family eating, so that could be a good thing

Thanks everyone, and thanks Bonkme2 for posting those, i couldnt figure it out.
It is starting to sink in now. She had him thursday and I've stayed in the hospital since then, but tonight I have to stay at home to take care of the dog, and I cant believe how much I miss them
 
little need size is gonna win alot of competitons...i can see it now....your genes and knowlege will get him to be one swole brotha!!!!!

I have a 4 year old girl and a 1 year old boy....

Best thing to ever happen to me....

Problem is you'll need to wait 12-13 years before puttin' him on the rack....

He's changed my life already and hes only 3 days old, i can just imagine how much more it'll change. Bodybuilding is still as big a priority as always, but its funny how all the other little things dont mean squat to me now.... Staying home to spend time with my beautiful wife and child just means more time to eat..
BTW, thanks for all the comments and karma, I'll get everyone back as soon as I can
 
sleep, whats that. I was up from wednesday morning to thurs night, slept 3 hours and was awake again, I dont thin I'll ever sleep again

Ya, we went through the same thing Needsize. It was rough, probably took 5 yrs off my life, lol. Good thing is if you guys decide to have more they will just let you go in and have them C if thats what you want. It a little easier on you. Probably only took 6 yrs off me for the next two combined HAHA.

CONGRATS BRO!! AND STILL LOVING THE 5X5!!

I hear you, 5 years at least! I do everything in my power to protect her, then I had to watch that. Shitty thing is I really want a little girl, so I guess we'll have to do it all over again. A C section next time too sounds pretty damn good to me

thats kind of funny, we both really wanted a girl....I dont care now but we couldnt even pick a name for a boy for the longest time as we had our hearts set on a girl

Here is a pic of my 6 month old nephew, Cash. I took it this past weekend with my handy cell phone camera. Someone said he looks like a white Biggie Smalls here! (Sorry, not to hijack your thread...I just had to share)

Sooo proud, I'm still amazed that I managed to create something so perfect, I usually manage to screw most things up. In this one act I feel like I've accomplished more than everything else I've ever done all added together
