Well, I've been gone for awhile, hope everyones been doing good. About 30min ago I shot my PGF2 for the first time. I shot chest and calves. Using Upjohn Lutalyse, 5mg Dinoprost per mL.
Does this sound right? I will be shooting morning/night. I shot 1 spot on each calf, inner portion in the morning, outer calf portion at night. For chest I shot 2 spots for each pec. Lower inner portion and lower outer portion in the morning, upper inner and upper outer portion at night.
Now I was wondering for the calves should I shoot 2 spots morning/night or is 1 spot sufficient each time?
I started out using 10 units on slin pin for each shot. So 40units total. 10 for each calf, 10 for each pec. I plan on going up slowly.
I shot and expected the pain to come on immediately, but 10 mins later nothing happened and I thought I must be the lucky one how doesnt experience the pain, 15min came and then it started to hurt, but nothing unbearable. The porcelian throne was visited about 20mins after shooting. Did not experience the coughing or 'feeling in your lungs'.
I'm debating on whether or not to spot shoot in the abdominal region to get rid of a little pesky fat and obtain an overall leaning out. I would do that once per day about midday right before leaving for work. When you shoot specific bodyparts do you guys notice an overall total body leaning out or just notice fat reduction in the bodyparts that are being shot?
I think I'm gonna have fun with this stuff!
