Just read a thread started about switching from BB flat bench to DB flat bench.......but my main concern was, this guy had like 5-6 different exercises for his chest...Incline DB, Incline Flyes, Flat DB, French Press, Dips and I think one other. Most of them were 3 sets at 6 to 10 reps....But I think this is overkill for the chest. Right now I do 3 exercises, Flat DB Press, Incline DB Press, and Cable Flyes.....3 to 4 sets, pyramiding up to heavy weight to where I can only do 4 reps on the last set. Does anyone think this is severe under training? Or am I ok with this routine? I don't want to undertrain but I of course don't want to risk injury from overtraining.......Any replies would help, thanks bros!
