Now I know some of those ppl you guys bitch about!
I have been going to an OLD SCHOOL, privately owned gym that has been around since the mid 70's. With all the same equipment! Mostly just the hardcore workout guys (very few womens
)
So last week I joined the local YMCA that has all brand new facilities and equipment.
I soon realized that there is quite the diversity of people (morons) that "workout"!
I see the different "classes" of exercisers that everyone here is bitching about that I never understood before.
There is:
The social butterfly- Guys (mostly) that do one set maybe every 15 minutes, whenever they finish their chat session. And hogs the most used equipment.
The poor weak guy- the one that runs around the whole gym doing every exercise with way too much weight and with terrible form.
The jacked bro- Gets in there and bust it and gets the hell out
The "I don't touch free weights" guys- Yeah, We can tell
The recreational BB- Half asses almost every set but does it long enough that they have some results.
The old guy- Does some kind of bicep curl with a 3lbs dumbbell for 100 reps that does nothing for the bicep.
I get a kick out of watching all these characters and sometimes I just want to tell them how ridiculous they really are!!
