Thanks guys i feel i have it down, i dont undertsnad why the lab dr. was so big on hcg while i am on? also what type of gains and bf loss should i expect, ball park i knowveryone is different. also any adise on on training tips to beef up legs would be great. i will post pics i am hoping for an old guy i can show some good results. i am very disipline so hopefully good results.
