Just got of jail...I'm back for now

Whats up fellas if you,ve been here for a while you know all about my legal problems.I just spent a month in jail and just got bailed out for 25,000 dollars.(agervated assault) Tommorrow I plan on getting back in to the routine of working out and shit.Im stressed out awaiting trial and shit but im going to try to block that shit out as much as possible..And for all you guys that are going to say this dosnt belong on this board just relax most of the guys I get advice annd help from and i give advice to are on this board thats why i posted this here
