been doing HST style training for the last month.. so far have lost a few lbs of fat, while maintaining some size. i know pictures dont lie, but the mirror shows alot more veins than this picture.
i plan on adding a leg day as it doesnt seem HST allows for adequate leg growth.
i will update my pic on an every other week basis.
