Just got back from the hospital

My oldest boy just had his apendix taken out. He'll be out of football till first of October. Doctor said he should be playing like a champ. He felt bad to miss the first game of the season (today no less)

Oh well, better the apendix than something worse.

Man I am tired!

Thanks again, we just got home from the hospital. This kid is 120% tuff! He refuses his pain medicine. Even plain old tylenol!

I had mine out the first day back to school my sophmore year in high school.....man, the incision hurt LIKE A BITCH! I still remember trying to spit out a little bit of skin that I bit off of one of my fingers. Couldn't do it! Had to remove that fucker from my lower lip and flick that fucker away! LOL

How have you been Chesty? Long time no hear! Did you get your tendon-thingie fixed yet? I have been in the damned twilight zone as of late......

Glad to hear that your son is well. I know how terrifying it is when our children are going through something very tough, whether it is physical or mental. Shit, they are tougher than us most of the time!
