i kept falling asleep when i got back from work and not waking up in time to gym, so i had to take some drastic measures. definitely less intensity, but maybe i'll get used to it. surprisingly solid selection of chix also... here's to the working broad
I only have time to hit my gym @ 5:30 AM during the week. My training partner also has that time open, so I make it work. I LOVE IT! Hardly anyone around to fight for weights, racks, etc.
Hey I wake up regularly at 6AM now to go to the gym, it's okay although I usually go to bed between 9-10PM now, I have just as much strength if not more then if I work out in the PM.
i use to do that.. I would have to get up at 5am and be at the gym at 6. I tried getting up at 5:45 and getting to the gym at 6 but I need some time to actually wake up and eat and get some energy. :cheers: to a working man!

the only time iv ever been in the gym that early is during winter break when i slept all day and stayed up all night and went to the gym when it opened and then went back to sleep for the rest of the day
