Just Got Back From Getting BodyFat Checked by a CHICK!

Man, other than the pain of those calipers pinching your skin the rest was pretty cool and kinda flirty. First we go back in this room that is kinda of semi private. She does the electronic one first. And then she says lets try the calipers because they are more accurate.

Well, I lift up my sleave and she goes, "oooohhh look at those arms wow." I tell you you right now we lift for the Chicks. Because that made me feel better than the best pump at the gym. Then she asked me to remove my shirt so I did. And she is just staring at my chest. Then she uses the caliper on my pec and she just squeezes it a while trying to get some skin. She says, "ooh it is so hard" again all those presses and flies paying off. :D

Then she get to my stomach ahh lets skip that and get to the legs.( I need more ab work.) ;) So anyway she say she needs to do my legs and she looks and says, "oh my your wearing jeans. I say, "no problem I'll drop em for ya." She laughs and I pull my pants down. Again she is having a hard time finding loose skin and mentions it. I am feeling like 1/2 million bucks(it would have been a million but need more ab work)

Anyway, she says I am at 14.9 % body fat not to bad considering I was at 28% two or three months before. I went ahead and told her I was on T3 and Clen. And have been dieting like a son of a gun. She said she wanted to check my pulse so she did and she starts shaking her head and said I am at 102 beats per minute. Is that bad? When you are on clen and T3. 6 a day on clen 3 a day on T3.?

Anyway nothing else happened because I am married otherwise it probably would of.

I have only been on the clen and t3 for two weeks now. I lost 9 pounds from that. The rest of the weight was from eating clean. I would eat at Furrs everyday at lunch just ckicken or fish and cucumbers and another green vegetable. Then just chicken or fish at night. Then I workout like a son a bitch going as heavy as I can all the time except for the abs of course. ;) Gotta work on thsse damn abs to firm it up. Oh I have been on Test for 11 weeks nowand I really think that helped alot. Because I have lots of sex. I just wonder how big I would be if I didn't lose all that proetien everynight. :D
 
Sorry I am up to 3 a day on T3 and 6 a day on clen. What really concerned me was my heart rate. I did just pop two T3s and clen before I went to see her. So is 102 heart rate real bad or anything? I mean I want to get cut but not dead.
 
I personally don't think it's all that high. I can take a couple ripped fuel before I go and work out and my heart rate will be a minimum of 100. If I'm working out pretty hard, it will be around 130 and that's not doing cardio. I'd say that it just depends on what your natural resting heart rate is.
 
we all do it for the chicks, how many of you think of a girl you want or you want back to get motivated when you lift? Well, you single guys anyway.

Having a chick squeezing my legs makes my heart rate go up every time. lol
The clen will too, but I'd say it would have been alot lower if it had been a guy checking your heart rate.
