just gaining water weight?

im 5'8 220 low bodyfat (barely see top abs) and ive bulked from 200 to 220 on my test e / dbol stack. my strength levels have went up, and obviously my weight, I feel like im bigger and I think i look bigger in the mirror, but when i measure my arms, they have not really grown at all, and I dont have any new stretch marks on my upper body, so i dont know if ive grown any anywhere. they are stuck at alittle over 18". Tomorrow I'll be starting my 6th week of the cycle. Is it to soon to see a mass increase? btw my diet and training is great, i defiantly dont think that is a issue at all, and I drink a gallon + of water a day, on or off cycle. Thanks!!
 
You shouldnt judge your progress simply by measuring your arms (of all things) and whether or not you can see some stretch marks. If your diet and training is on point and you feel bigger / stronger, there's not much to be concerned about.

wk 6 is wehere the fun begins..before that things just put along

everytime i get stretch marks i get injured...dont hope for strtetch marks lol
