Just Did my first Quad shot!!!!!

Man, I was pretty nervous. After hearing all the horror stories of legs going numb and shit. I was shaking pretty bad so I regrouped took a deep breath and bam. Used a 23x1 pin and it went in like butta, aspirated, saw the bubble and then pressed in the gear. It did take some time to get all 2cc of Eq in though. All I feel now is a little soreness and I am sure it will be a little worse tomorrow. Quads are definitely the way to go.

Just wanted to share my experience with you bros.

I love quad shots. But I also rotate Glute then left-right quads.

My quads are filled with nerves, veins, whatever. I seem to frequently hit 'something' in there. Makes my leg jump a little. I dont really like quad shots, but I still perform them. Be cafeful bro.

Welcome aboard.. My "friend" does quad shots..it takes him about 20 minutes to do it... he puts the needle right against his skin then takes both hands and very slowly starts to push it through the skin until he gets it buried...23 gauge 1.5 then it takes about 3 minutes for him to inject the 2-3 cc's that he is using.... Anyone else inject like this?? Or do you guys just find they area and and slam the needle and oil in ???

Yep! I just stick it in and shoot it up. I do this when I am shooting winny everyday. Plus vitamin b in my delts.

Gives my ass a break.

Getting a whole bunch of propionate this week, that should be fun shooting up.

Is shooting the quad as smooth as shooting the glute? And can you use the same needles (22 guage 1.5) or should they be different?

Just done my first quad shot about 10 hours ago with no problem. Its getting hard to reach around to do a glute shot, so i gave that a try.

I always had trouble reaching for the glute. On my next cycle I think I'll go for the quad.
