I have some creatine ethyl ester from thermo life. I read the warnings and it said to use with caution if you have a history of cold sores. Just curious why?

I believe TheroLife's CEE is stacked with NO2 so it is not the creatine you need to be concerned with, it is the level of Arginine in the NO2. At high levels, arginine can cause an outbreak if you haev a history of cold sores.

Let me know if that is what is in ThermoLife CEE just for future reference.

It says Nitrovex. Is NO2 the same as Nitrovex?

Basically, yes. It is a combination of ingredients: DiArginine malate, Citrulline malate, L-Norvaline, Cinsulin and taurine.

Arginine is the culprit for cold sores.
