Well, breaking was probably not the correct verbiage.

I bent the shit out of it. I pulled it out and it was at a 45 degree angle.

I'm pissed about botching the shot and wasting precious gear.

I'm not gonna pin my left glute for a while. At least not 3ml shots.

Bro I have done that exact thing before on my left glute. I was lucky enough to notice it before I pushed the plunger down though and saved myself 2ml of Primo. I know how you feel bro.

The left glute shot is a bitch for a right handed person, especially when pinning 3ml through a small pin... Like a 25 gauge...

About halfway through my back starts cramping up from being in such an awkward position and I try to take a break, which never works...

Delts are by the easiest, but after a few years of 3ml shots in each of them, I've built up a decent amount of scar tissue, which has unfortunately turned me into a glute man...

I probably would've freaked out if I bent a pin at a 45 degree angle... lol
