Needto does 3ml shots in his delts
Wow, I tried that in my thigh once and couldnt walk for 3 days. Never again. lol

How would the pin get embedded in his thigh when he shot in the glute?

lol your right, I did a thigh shot this morning so I still have that on my brain.lol however that is one of my fears is a pin breaking.
Hit a nerve in my quad once...yowza!
They were just talking about doing 3 CC's at a time in the glute , and quads and they are brave. I only do 2 CC's at a time now due to the PAIN. I want to be able to walk the next day or so.lol

friend of mine was injecting winny in his glute, hit the cyatic(sp?) nerve in his ass....couldnt walk for a few days. total waste of the winny. imo he shoulda just drank it
Agreed, gives the same results and probably enters your blood stream quicker anyway.

When I hit glutes I sit on my toilet seat and prop my elbow I'm injecting with against the wall - limits movement and hits it consistent.
3ml is nothing. I just put 5ml into my delt this morning. And 2ml into the other delt too.

I must say , I have never done Delts however would like to at some point. Im running out of places to pin. lol BTW; 5 ml damn UA. lol

I wouldnt do 5ml of oil based stuff... but yeah quick dissipating water based isn't that bad
