i never hit my glutes, i just am too wide shouldered to get there and be comfortable... i've broken pins before at the tips, but not when injecting. just from bending them.. they break easier than people think.

i am really starting to like pec shots.. they are easy to do. no mirror necessary.

Pecs are super easy.

I'm yet to pin any oil in bis or calves. I've never been on an ed rotation though.

calves are nice and easy to pin...but you get a nice pimp-limp for a day or two..

Dam you all doo some major amounts is all I can say. Im a pussy cuz I like to break them down. Then I hit quads, calves, chest and delts. RADAR does forarms? Nut job.....

test E/deca/eq...hit my trap for the first time this morning with test prop and it wasn't as bad as i thought it was gonna be lol, not sore at all to my surprise

I'm running synthetek syntheselen and synthetine - hence the large injection volumes.

I wouldn't hit the traps - too many nerves run through there that could mess you up IMO

that's good advice bro, apreciate it. I kinda figured that since it took three tries to hit a spot were the needle when in smooth and I felt it in my workout today too, probably the last time I pin there

...did my right trap with (of all things) test suspension... had such a massive headache that day i pussied out on pinning the left...
