just bought flax seed oil

i bought the tabs but it says to take 1tab a day it has 1000mgs in it, shouldnt i take maybe one every ,meal

better would be 10-14 caps per day (some reccomend a lot more)-- with meals

I think better than both is the liquid. One tbsp has like 14 gr of fat in it. I mix it into my tuna and my pre-bedtime protein shake.
