Just bought a pretty cool product at Vitamin Shoppe

it's a travel supplement kit. it comes in a small travel case and includes a pill box with dividers, drink mixer (with batteries) and a little case to put your protein powders in, with dividers. pretty cool for someone that travels often. I am always friggin tossing powders in a bunch of ziploc bags and mixing all my pills together. no place for a syringe or kiddy porn, so gonelifting and jerseyart will have no use for it, respectively.

Did come with the cigarette lighter or the lipstick holder???

I bought 36 protein bars for about .45cents a piece from there. However, I think they're largely a waste of money. It has been scientifically proven, that your body can only use so much protein. Go ahead and believe the hype.

b) even if that is true, the number is somewhere around 50g (I believe), and not many bars have more than that. what kind of bars?
