the best ofer for me to you is to take test with deca

i never took deca in my life and i want to tell you all its very good for gain

im in cycle of around 4-5 month and i took sustanon with stuff like d-bol

and i didnt raise my wheight much like 2 kg but i didnt want to quit the sus so istop takeing the d-bol and start taking not sustanon or test e but cipyonate +deca

and i want to tell you guys after 4 month of use i start sudenlly grow 7 kg after 3 weeks most

so this what i ofer you if you see you always take test and dont see much try what i did

Well to make sense of this. Yes if you stagnate after months on just test and add a lil bit of deca you will get a nice boost. And then after stagnating on that, yes, add dbol. No need to jump into all 3 as a beginner. Just slowly add compounds and youll learn how your body responds and build a much better and healthier build.

Best advice out there is:
Find out what works best for you and keep it. Achieve gains through hard training and proper diet with minimal amount of anabolics. Thats the key to good health.
