just a quick question

i find myself maxing out on my chest at 305 but my chest is capable of doing more but my arms give out any insight on how i can get them stronger seams like my chest is excelling alot faster then my arms
 
no deadlift but i do do bent over rows ... so u think that close grip bench will do it ? and i hear alot about low reps build muscle and
high reps definition...but if u go to 12 reps to failure arnt u still gwetting stronger by increasing the weight

Lemme' back up for a minute.

Why no deadlift?

Yes close grip will do it.

Diff't strokes for diff't folks brother. Low reps work for me. I don't know what works for you.

Going heavy on compound movements will make you stronger overall and your "bench" will increase.

DO you squat?
 
now let me ask u i have a hard time getting my arms bigger any suggestions on how to get them bigger or geneticly im prob as big as there gonna get without juice .there 16inches
