jump stretch videos from EliteFTS?

Just wondering if anyone has purchased or heard anything about these videos. I was wondering if the flexibility one would be worth getting?

well theya re cheap so why not try one?

They absicly just teach you how to sue the bands. Thinking about getting the ankle one. If you have seen how strong the ankles are on the guy who owns JumpStretch then it must work real well
