Juice in a Bottle - quick question

I have done a few cycles over the years, however I have just recieved some gear from a new source that I trust and have confidence it is quality.

Now to my question, normally when I buy test it comes in a bottle that you insert through the needle through the rubber stopper, take out the amount that you want and go to work...however these have come in single glass units of 250 mgs each....so my question is, how do I break the glass safely and easily so that I can get at the liquid???

is it that easy to break off with your thumb??? The reason I was asking is because the last time I did that (with some HGH) I shattered the top and it certainliy wasn't that clean.

Get a pen cap and put it over the top piece and gently pull to one side and it will pop off.

I suggest not using a hammer to smash it open.

Wrap your hand around the base of the ampule and put your thumb on the top side portion of the ampule. You should now be able to break the top part of the ampule off using your thumb. I have never in my life broke an ampule doing it this way. Good luck

lol It seems un natural to break glass in your hands but you get used to it .

Don't forget to score / etch the spot around the amp where you want it to break using a sharp knife or razor. You get a perfectly clean break this way.

The easiest and cheapest way is to stick the end you wanna break off inside an opened alcohol packet and break it away from you. This will give you a barrier between the glass and your thumb so you wont cut yourself. Amp openers are great but this way is cheap and easy.
