i'm trying not to feel to guilty about eating shrimp parm and fried chicken over the weekend but i am on a bulking diet and thats what i'm going to do!!! although all of my meals during the week will be just more oatmeal and brown rice...and a few more scoops of anpb before bed ;)

i weigh 165lbs this morning...up from 163lbs last thurs when i started the new diet. my plan is to do this until the last weekend of september...and start my cutting again at 175lbs. i would like to be 180lbs but that would require more of a dirty bulk i think...we'll see how i progress.

todays diet

meal 1
- mhp shake with 1/2 cup of oats
- multi, vit e and b12, fish oil, green tea

meal 2
- 1 cup of eggwhites, 3 whole eggs, 1/2 cup of oats

meal 3
- grilled chicken salad with low fat dressing

meal 4
- can if tuna and 1/2 cup of oats

PWO
- mhp shake w/ banana

meal 5
- grilled chicken, 1/2 cup of brown rice, green beans

meal 6
- 3-4 tbsp of anpb :evil:
Good log my friend...although I bet you'll find out youll need about double the cals than this....I thought it was crazy too, but I'm 160lbs and bulking....currently on about 4300 cals.......maybe more.

yeah i think the daily macros have been around 3300 cals...i was cutting on 1800-2200. i'm trying to stay away from most of the dirty bulking foods...i'll throw some in every now and again but for the most part i'm keeping my protein intake almost the same....maybe about 30g more daily. carbs i have kept around 100g a day on my cutting cycle...i'm bumping to around 250g-300g..and fat was usually kept around 40g prob bumping it up around 80g. i will see how i progress the next week...i put on 2lbs since thurs...if i stop gaining weight i'll start upping the cals... :RADAR

todays diet

- 1 cup oats 25g of pro from egg whites, 25g from casein blend
2 whole eggs
tb of pb
- multi, vit e and b12, fish oil, green tea

meal 2
- 1 cup of eggwhites, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup of oats

meal 3
- big yam, 8oz grilled chicken

meal 4
- can if tuna and apple
PWO
- gaotrade or dext, 25g whey

meal 5
- grilled chicken, 1 1/2 cup of brown rice, green beans

one more meal of pro carbs (1 cup oats, beef or chicken)

meal 6
- 2tbsp of anpb and cotage cheese or big flank steak and egg whites :evil:
it aint easy to do it...aint easy to pound a ton of cals....but doing it clean is the way! I still get 2 cheats a week, which are more than enough. yest. was 3 meals of ww pasta, corn on the cob, jello and cottage cheese and a huge huge thingy from stone cold creamery...that was a mild cheat.

I'll show u how Id change it....
 
i like that diet.....thx. i was thinking about bumping up the rice to 1 cup...1 1/2 cups is ALOT though! not sure i can eat that much hour after my pwo shake... was also thinking about adding in another meal somewhere if i can fit it. all in i'm eating 7x a day...i guess avg around 500 cals per meal. maybe set my alarm and eat around 3am...i'm pretty much up anway....hmmm...sounds like more anpb to me :)

I think 3tb of pb a day is PLENNNTYYY>........you need some more whole food, carbs and protein.....
