ok so i have a bbq to go to today....beirut is inevitable

...woke up and did 35 minutes treadmill on 15%incline @3.0mph on an empty stomach... holy shit i'm fawking tired lol
had my pwo shake about 20 minutes ago....leaving in about 40 minutes...need to get in another meal before then .....maybe some eggwhites and a small bowl of oatmeal....only food at the bbq will be sausage, hot dogs and burgers...i'll prob have some burgers w/o the bun b/c today isn't really a cheat day

oh well....i had a great workout this morning and i'll do the same tomorrow. hope everyone has a good weekend
