ok so i have a bbq to go to today....beirut is inevitable :beer: ...woke up and did 35 minutes treadmill on 15%incline @3.0mph on an empty stomach... holy shit i'm fawking tired lol

had my pwo shake about 20 minutes ago....leaving in about 40 minutes...need to get in another meal before then .....maybe some eggwhites and a small bowl of oatmeal....only food at the bbq will be sausage, hot dogs and burgers...i'll prob have some burgers w/o the bun b/c today isn't really a cheat day :( oh well....i had a great workout this morning and i'll do the same tomorrow. hope everyone has a good weekend

thx bro....yeah i just started the 3 day split a few months ago. i absolutely love it...i'll never go back to back/bis on monday etc etc. i get great pump out it!!!

good morning ck....how is the weekend going?

having some :coffee: :) then getting my arse to the gym for some cardio. pretty much drank all day yesterday :eek2: but i killed it yesterday morning and going to kill it again today on the treadmill....my meals will be pretty clean consisting of:
shakes
chicken
whole wheat pasta
veggies
eggwhites


then rest and relaxation....maybe finish reading my book :)
 
ok...measured my bf% this morning and it read 9.0% did it a few times and it came up with that number 3x in a row. my weight this morning was 163lbs. i'm pretty pumped with these numbers!! not sure if i should continue to keep hacking away and try to get to my goal of 7%-8% or throw in a bulk cycle for like 6 weeks maybe get to like 11% bf and cut again? what is the best thing to do here? i'm in no rush...no dates are set....i'm continuing to see progress throught this diet. ideally i would like to have a bit more bulk on me with the same bf%.... maybe 168-170lbs at 9% instead of 163lbs.... what you guys think? bulk or no bulk?

i have been dieting for about 20 weeks.....(if i didn't drink i prob could have gotten where i'm at in about 15 weeks but oh well.....we need to have fun right?)
