wow...just had an amazing salad!!
about 3 oz grilled chicken, tomatos,  a few chunks of ham  maybe 1.5oz, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/4 cup of roasted almonds and some green and red peppers with balsamic vinegrette.  
no clue what the macros are lol  i'm thinking like 500 cals

tuna, another shake, and plain grilled chicken on the forman with wild rice for the rest of my meals tonight....i'll still be around 2200 cals for the day.
