yesterday's training log
chest
- hammer strength flat press 2x12 2 plates shoulders felt good after these so i decided to do some dumbell work
- incline dumbells followed a 5x5 here...not sure why really

****even with horrible shoulders by progressively lifing heavier with the same rep scheme i guess it warmed my shoulders right up...i couldn't believe i was doing 80lbs dumbells as i haven't done them since my shoulder surgery
back
- pull ups....no added weight. 2x12 did them real slow...and really felt my lats being worked! sometimes when i add the dumbell i don't notice my last as much...but i know i'm lifitng heaveir weight and just try and get the reps done...maybe i'll do these without weight for a while
- rows 2x12 165lbs used close grip handle
shoulders
- front presses 1x12 145lbs i think tomorrow i'm going to try the 5x5 rep scheme and see how i feel...it worked great for chest
- side laterals 1x20 30lbs
- bent over laterals 1x15 25lbs
- upright rows 1x105lbs
arms
- standing ez curl bar once again did a modified 5x5

was again impressed with my numbers and how i felt...shoudlers were hurting a tiny bit but warming up with all those sets def helped. back felt a little strained on the last few reps of the last 2 sets but whatever...i don't care
- rope extensions 1x15 1x10
going to do squats and some assistant work tonight for legs...hopefully after therapy tonight i won't be as tight as i was last thursday
